beach camping near kona/kohala?

any thoughts on which beach parks are safe and nice to camp this time of year for a single woman?
i've heard not isaac hale.. any recommendations?
prefer the west side of the island (i'm already gonna be spending time on the east side)
not too quiet, not too loud.. (just right.) =)

    beach camping is always fun on hawaii. I could go on and on about how great it is. However if you checkout the website www.alternative hawaii.com it lists all hostels and safe beach camps very inexpensive in addition to all organic food stores restaurants very useful. Pzc jamez420.
